To All Forest Road Students,
Please sign up for Henry Waldinger Memorial Library's
2016 Summer Reading Program!!!!
You have to bring your parent or caregiver.
MOST VALUABLE PLAYERS is
the reading club for
emergent readers, grades
K-2.
Parents/caregivers and
children must share 12
books (2 books per week).
HALL OF FAMERS is the
program for children who
are reading independently,
grades 3-6.
Children must
read 6 books (1 book per
week).
Prizes will be awarded to
participants along the way, and
Certificates of Achievement will
be given to those who
complete the program.
There
will be three final shows this year
– one musical program with
Darlene Graham for children up
to Kindergarten and two animal
programs presented by Jason
Reilly for children grades 1 and
up.
In addition, the Adult
Room is sponsoring the “Get in
the Game … READ!” Young
Adult Summer Reading Club for
students in Grades 7-12.
Students must read 3 books.
They will receive incentive
prizes, Certificates of
Achievement, etc.
